Working with adults who have early trauma layers is an implicit, somatic approach. I combine the pendulation and titration approaches of Somatic Experiencing with the Somatic Trauma Therapy and Transformational qualities with Anna Chitty's Blueprint Resonance plus a variety of touch skills. Overall, the best ingredient in a therapist who work with adults is someone who has done their own work, and therefore they can sit with the deep and intense layers of coming into form as a human. We encounter so much even as we approach our parents, families and culture as consciousness.

Over decades of study and practice, I have internalized the energy work of Dr. Randolph Stone and the magic of understanding our innate goodness to choose our life and what we want for ourselves and those we love. I often quote Randolph Stone: "What do you want for your One Life?" I do a lot of work with people just to have them stabilize and find their innate goodness, their coherent states in their lives. My engagement with the principles of the work I love never stops. It is my absolute privilege and love to help you if you are looking to integrate earliest layers of trauma and find your way in the time you have on planet Earth.
